Some functions necessitate a RIO account for drivers: Truck and bus drivers can directly register within the app, while van drivers require an invitation via the RIO platform.

Additional Notes:

• For data transmission of digital pre-departure control and damage reports to fleet managers, registration on the RIO platform is mandatory.
• Fleet managers need to invite drivers via driver administration to access departure check results through the portal (Pre-Departure Check application).
• RIO Timed service must be booked via RIO platform Marketplace for viewing driving and rest times.
• RIO Perform service must also be booked via RIO platform Marketplace for utilizing individual driving style analysis.
• To enjoy remote control functionality, ensure your vehicle has a MAN Multi Media Trucksystem from model 2017 (software version R37 or higher) with Bluetooth telephony capability.
